Disposable tableware can be divided into biodegradable, photo / biodegradable materials and easy to recycle materials.
1、生物降解类:如纸制品(含纸浆模塑型、纸板涂膜型)、食用粉模塑型、植物纤维模塑型等;
1. Biodegradation: such as paper products (including pulp molding, paperboard coating), edible powder molding, plant fiber molding, etc;
2、光/生物降解性材料类:光/生物降解塑料(非发泡)型,如光生物降解PP类;
2. Photo / biodegradable materials: photo / biodegradable plastics (non foaming), such as photodegradable PP;
3. Easy to recycle materials: such as polypropylene (PP), high impact polymer (HIPS), biaxially oriented poly (ethylene terephthalate) (BOPS), polypropylene (PP) composites filled with natural inorganic minerals, etc.
The reasons for banning disposable tableware are as follows:
1、发泡塑料餐具用完废弃后难于回收利用;
1. Foam plastic tableware is difficult to be recycled after being used up;
2、部分企业生产中用的发泡剂为丁烷(即打火机的气体),易着火,不安全;
2. The foaming agent used in some enterprises is butane, which is easy to ignite and unsafe;
3、产品在高温下(>65℃)有害物易溶出,使用不安全,特别是在微波炉中使用易熔化;
3. The product is easy to dissolve harmful substances at high temperature (> 65 ℃), which is unsafe to use, especially easy to melt in microwave oven;
4、产品体积大,运输、仓储不方便;
4. The product volume is big, transportation, storage is not convenient;
5、不易分解,污染环境,对人体有害;
5. It is not easy to decompose, pollute the environment and is harmful to human body;
6. Alternative products (corn starch tableware) appeared.
With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, a variety of disposable paper products emerge in endlessly, and a lot of different kinds of household paper used in different occasions have been introduced. In China, the penetration rate of disposable paper products, especially toilet paper and women's sanitary products, is much higher in first tier cities than in second and third tier cities and rural areas. With the saturation of disposable paper products in developed cities, the second and third tier cities and rural areas have become new market growth areas, according to the Zhiyan * research center.
